Skandika Hemus Sleeper recycled trekking tent
The Skandika Hemus Sleeper is a 1 to 2 person tunnel tent specially designed for trekking, hiking and outdoor enthusiasts. Thanks to its ultra-light construction with a total weight of just 2.5 kg and super compact pack size, it is the perfect companion for anyone who wants to enjoy their outdoor adventures without a car.
The clever tent with Skandika Sleeper technology has a special coating on the flysheet that absorbs almost 100% of the sunlight. Want to sleep in longer or take a nap at lunchtime? Everything is possible in the completely dark Hemus thanks to Skandika Sleeper technology!
With dimensions of 270 x 160 cm and a height of 110 cm, the Hemus Sleeper offers enough space to stretch out and relax. Despite its compact size, the tent offers a spacious interior that is optimised for the comfort of one or two people.
The outer tent is made from robust tent fabric that consists of 100% recycled polyester. Excess material that was previously disposed of as waste is recycled and reused in the manufacture of our tent fabric. In this way, we not only help to avoid mountains of rubbish, but also waste resources and help to protect our environment and nature.
In addition, the Skandika Hemus Sleeper is ideally equipped for all weather conditions, whether sunshine or rain. Equipped with robust fibreglass poles and an outer tent with a 3000 mm water column, the tent offers excellent protection from even the worst weather. When temperatures rise, the outer tent can be removed for perfect air circulation, as the inner tent is made entirely of mesh. The unobstructed view outside with simultaneous protection from pesky insects is an absolute highlight.
The tent also has practical organiser pockets in which personal items can be stowed within easy reach. A repair kit and a carry bag are also included for easy handling and transport of the tent.
